ENERGIFY is designed for use in a variety of indus­tries and can be flex­ibly adapted to specific require­ments. The systems are designed as simple and effective efficiency meas­ures for use in indus­trial plants where steam volumes and space require­ments are insuf­fi­cient for conven­tional turbines. This innov­ative turbine technology opens numerous new fields of applic­a­tion in these areas.

ENERGIFY as pres­sure reduction:

• Oper­a­tion parallel to a pres­sure reduc­tion station (bypass)
• Continuous normal oper­a­tion without disruption
• Input/​output pres­sures remain unchanged

Optim­iz­a­tion of the steam boiler:

• More effi­cient energy gener­a­tion directly at the boiler system thanks to low pres­sure increase
• The pres­sure required for produc­tion as the output vari­able remains guaranteed/​maintained

Use of residual steam:

• Use of indus­trial waste heat for CO₂-neutral power generation
• Possible even at very low pres­sures from 0.5 bar
